Covid-19 updates

1. Are deliveries still on time?

Stay home and stay safe, we'll take care of everything for you and deliver your order right at your door!

We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure all deliveries arrive safely and on time. The wellbeing of our customers is a top priority and all necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of both customers and couriers during this time. We are doing all we can to ensure that your orders get to you as fast as we can, but we know that you, our lovely customers, will understand if there is a bit of a delay whilst we adjust to new ways of working.

Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Cost

We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as wind. During holidays this can be slightly extended. If your order has been placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following working day. After the order is processed by our team, shipping will take approximately the following:

- standard shipping (4-6 working days)

We are not currently facing any delivery delay, though as the situation is continuously evolving delays may occur in response to the current COVID-19 crisis.

2. How can I track my order?

Refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact our customer service so we can help you. 

3. What is the return policy?

Try your shoes in in the comfort of your home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with the original labels and inside the original packaging. Shipping cost will be under your responsibility. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
